PURPLE HYDRANGEAS IN POT is an original hand-painted 10"x14" watercolor painting of a gorgeous hydrangea plant I still have sitting in my living room window. (Couldn't resist!) I painted it on Arches cold-pressed 140 lb. watercolor paper with professional-grade Daniel Smith watercolor paint.

A perfect pop of purple for any room of the house, this painting will evoke the promise of spring, no matter the season. Hydrangeas have always been at the top of my list of favorite flowers -- tied with peonies maybe. Can't wait for peony season and that glorious fragrance!
