This is an original hand-painted 8"x8"watercolor of a stunning turquoise blue butterfly in all its glory. I painted it on high-quality Arches 140 lb. cold-pressed watercolor paper with professional-grade watercolor paints; I then permanently mounted the painting onto an 8"x8" wooden cradled panel, about 3/4 inches thick, so no additional framing is required. It was waxed with several coats of Dorland's sealing wax for long-lasting protection. So, this piece is ready for display!
