MINI FRAMED LAVENDER is a 4.5"x3.5" original impressionist watercolor painting mounted in a silver resin frame that has been dulled down a bit with dark wax to give it an authentic antique look. The actual tiny painting itself measures approx. 2"x3" and is done on 140 lb. cold-pressed 100% cotton watercolor paper with professional grade watercolor paints. I finished it off with several protective layers of clear wax over the painting itself, giving it a bit of a sheen and it is signed on the back by the artist (me). This frame is a bit larger and thicker than my usual "mini" frames and oh, so ornate!
